- Provide individual and group coaching sessions to entrepreneurs,
- Helping clients define clear business objectives and develop action plans
- Provide strategic advice and guidance in areas of finance
- Monitor progress very closely
- Accompanying business owners in implementing practical improvements (as a coach), helping them move beyond the day-to-day business, and working with KPIs to improve profitability.
- Analyze business numbers, propose improvements
**THE**_PROFILE_** WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- Completed bachelor's degree in administration or economics
- Desirable with a Master's Degree
- +5 years of experience in coaching and mentoring
- Experience in: Business management, communication and active listening, problem solving
- Advanced knowledge of financial statement interpretation
- Have served at least a group of 30 people
