As an Auxiliar General V, you will be a key member of our prevention team, working closely with customers and colleagues to create a welcoming and secure shopping environment. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, from greeting customers and providing excellent service to ensuring the store's safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude upon their entrance to the store.
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards or incidents to the relevant team members promptly.
- Collaborate with the prevention team to implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular store patrols to ensure customer safety and identify any potential issues.
- Assist in stock management and ensure proper product placement on shelves.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and store operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures,



maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a retail environment is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work versátil hours, including weekends and holidays.
