We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Director to oversee our multi-site medical operations.
**Position Overview**:The Facilities Director campus Tijuana will be responsible for the strategic planning, management, and continuous improvement of facilities operations across multiple sites.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities are safe, efficient, and supportive of our healthcare mission.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
**
- Manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of buildings, and other facilities.
- Responsible for Transportation and Cafeteria Services
- Drive initiatives focused on sustainability, including reducing water and energy usage, and minimizing carbon footprint.
- Promote the N+1 ideology in managing primary services to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.
- Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department.
- Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

- Functional Skills: Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance, Management Software programs (CMMS), Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, Working knowledge of maintenance operations, administrative services, contract management, security, janitorial, and grounds maintenance, Effective Communication Skills.
