**We are searching for the best talent for**PRINCIPAL PRODUCTION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN** to be in Cd.

**Purpose**:
**You will be responsible for**:
- Helps ensure the completion of key tasks for the support function of the Manufacturing Assembly area to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
- Implements set up, operation, maintainence, and troubleshooting techniques based on best practices in the industry and fosters a safe working environment.
- Moves, packs, and sorts raw materials or finished goods,



ensuring quality and efficiency as materials move along the assembly line.
- Evaluates staff competency with specialized machinery/equipment in order to develop staff and undertake new projects.
- Helps coordinate delegation and scheduling of routine and maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- High School, technical career or equivalent.
- 6 to 8 years of experience preferably related to the position.
- Preferably trained in two or more of the following disciplines: electronics, mechanics, production, electro-mechanics, testing, quality and production and process statistical control, bio-medics or industrial.
- Desirable experience (current or previous) in the medical products industry.
- Desirable 60% English.
- Basic ability to read and understand technical documentation associated to the specific discipline.
- GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) / ISO knowledge, preferably.
- Ability to use computers and related software.
- Ability to use measuring and testing equipment associated with the specific discipline.
- Knowledge of the Campus information systems, preferably.
- Ability to successfully complete the departmental / corporate training courses in manufacturing techniques.
- Ability to use the internal documentation change system (CPDM).
