**Your responsabilities**:
- _ Lead the Spare Parts team_
- _ Responsibility for the support of the Service Department and Service Engineers_
- _ Supporting the Sales Department regarding Spare Parts _
- _Responsibility for the Spare Part stock and dispatch area _
- _Correspondence with Headquarters Spare Parts Managers _
- _Technical clarification regarding Spare Parts and/or recommended Spare Parts lists and offers _
- _Forwarding of service information _
- _Preparation of quotations and Spare Parts proposals.

- _Pro-active offering of modification kits and exchange programs _
- _Follow-up quotations and evaluation of reasons for not received orders _
- _Booking and invoicing of spare parts_
- _ Forwarding shipping documents to customers.
_
- _Monitoring debtors accounts and active collection of outstanding invoices together with the accounting department._
- _ Arranging and dispatching quality certificates.
_
- _Processing of complaints regarding Spare Parts orders _
- _Coordination of repairs _
- _Turnover statistics _
- _Preparation of proposals for stock keeping_
- _ Perform periodic inventories_




- _ Assist the Company in any necessary duties to achieve Company goals.
_
- _Perform other related duties as assigned_
**Your qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a comparable position.
- English fluent in both spoken and written.
- Willing to relocate
