**Profile**:
**EHS & LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER**
We are looking for a a highly motivated security professional with creativity, initiative, teamwork driven and project management skills to lead our Security Prevention Practices in Sephora Mexico.
will play a key role in the practice of loss prevention in stores and DC, but also as a team leader who will oversee the delivery of executive protection services, embedded consulting services as well as deliver training and consultancy.
**Responsabilities**:
- Identify improvements, track and report on key performance metrics, which allow performance to be increased so that the desired results are achieved based on the business strategy.
- Ensure that internal controls are met according to CEDIS requirements.
- Follow-up on investigations of suspected theft and internal fraud; conduct interviews when appropriate.
- Identify, promote and implement security best practices.
- Effectively partner with internal customers to evaluate current and future security services, processes and initiatives.
- Coordinate data collection and analysis, generating strategic and tactical interpretations.
- Drive the process by which compliance with all corporate loss prevention program standards is attained.
- Serve as a member of a coordinated team of Loss Prevention in relentlessly pursuing improvements to company-wide loss prevention program efforts.
- Perform interior and exterior Loss Prevention audits of all the country stores and being alert to and responding to any security of Loss Prevention issues noted.
- Encourage and promote Loss Prevention within the workforce exercising integrity and ethical methods.
- Support the development and deployment of cost effective security systems and solutions to mitigate risks and Modus Operandi.




- Establish and use risk assessment processes to identify and prioritize risks and mitigation means.
- Positively reflect the Sephora/Loss Prevention department through public relations and customer service; set a personal example of the highest level.
- Day to day supervision of executive protection engagements
- Be in charge of loss prevention executive security program.
- Be in charge of civil protection in the corporate office.
**Experience**:
- Experience in executive protection strategy.
- Solid experience as responsible of the execution and strategy for Loss Prevention activities for a physicals site (Fabric, warehouse, retail store, etc.)
- Solid experience with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, and video review system
- Solid experience in security services, asset protection, audit, risk management, inventory control.
- Intermediate-Advanced excel skills.
- 5 years' experience in country environment managing security and loss prevention in supply chain, industrial, logistics, transportation, same day delivery.
- CPP, PSP, TAPA training will be noted as a plus;
- Interviewing and Interrogation experience desired, and Wicklander and Zulawski certification is a plus;
