- Partner with integral Microsoft 365 Product Owners to define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategic alignment.
- Ensure alignment of Microsoft 365 solutions with the regional enterprise IT architecture.
- Support global product lifecycle activities—from evaluation to worldwide rollout.
- Communicate the business value of Microsoft 365 tools and foster user adoption across the organization.




- Stay current on Microsoft 365 developments and actively share insights with key stakeholders.
Capability Deliveries
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Identify business needs, analyze processes, and lead reengineering efforts as needed.
- Manage external vendors to ensure quality and timely project deliverables.
- Develop and deliver user training, job aids, and internal product communications.
Support & Operations
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Contribute to backlog grooming, product release planning, and vision alignment.
