The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to the manufacturing of medical devices at CPM. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, regulatory requirements, and quality standards specific to the medical device industry, as well as a solid communication with peers, reporting personnel and internal and external customers.

Also, the Project Manager oversee the sustaining of the implemented projects at CPM to assure that the validated state is maintained and improved.

The Project Manager assures that all engineering activities are compliant to 21 CFR Section 820, EN ISO 13485, Safety and Environmental Standards, and other as necessary.

1. Project Planning & Execution

- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead project initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and methodologies.

1. Team & Resource Management

- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on expertise.
- Monitor team performance and provide necessary support and guidance.
- Identify and address potential skill gaps or resource shortages.
- Foster collaboration and maintain team motivation throughout the project.
- Lead the Engineering group to motivate and promote growth and teamwork.

1. Risk & Issue Management

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress to anticipate and address issues proactively.
- Implement change management processes to handle scope variations effectively.
- Escalate critical risks or blockers to senior management when necessary.

1. Budget & Cost Control

- Develop and monitor project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize ROI.

1. Stakeholder Communication





- Act as the primary point of contact between teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations on project progress.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and project deliverables.
- Gather feedback and implement improvements based on stakeholder input.

1. Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement best practices for future project efficiencies.
- Continuously refine project management methodologies and tools.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO) and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Academic Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the medical device industry or at least 5 years as a Sr Project Engineer.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management technics and tools (MS Project, Asana or Jira)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of time management tools and process validation methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for medical devices.

Soft Skills:
- Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic decision making and complex problem-solving skills.

Languages:
- Advanced English, both written and spoken (essential).

Sueldo: $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 al día
