We’re looking for a full-time Junior Project Manager to join our team and support our Project Management Lead in keeping our creative engine running smoothly.

If you’re highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a creative studio environment, this could be a great next step. You’ll work across a range of creative initiatives—from branding and packaging to digital content and web—helping ensure projects stay aligned, organized, and moving forward.

This is a remote role, with a strong preference for candidates based in Mexico or Peru.

What you’ll do:

- Support the PM Lead in planning and managing creative projects from kickoff to delivery across branding, packaging, digital, and web.
- Help build and maintain project timelines, track progress, flag risks or blockers, and keep projects on schedule.
- Assist in defining project scope and deliverables based on client needs and internal capacity.
- Act as a day-to-day support point for internal teams and, when needed, client communications.
- Write and organize briefs, take meeting notes, share updates, and maintain clear project documentation.
- Help prioritize tasks across multiple accounts and escalate issues thoughtfully, always with a solutions-first mindset.
- Ensure project management tools are kept up to date and accurate.

What we’re looking for:

- 1–2+ years of experience supporting or managing creative projects (agency experience is a plus).
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.




- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, and/or Monday.com.
- Understanding of creative workflows and processes.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma (enough to follow workflows and timelines).
- Strong attention to detail and clear, professional communication skills.
- Responsive, calm under pressure, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
