We are looking for a Project Portfolio Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is adecuado for an individual with proactive ownership, executive communication, and strategic and systems thinking who understands how to support the evolution of IT Project Portfolio Management by developing, implementing, and continuously improving a standardized Project Management Framework and governance model. The role will serve as a key enabler and support partner for Project Managers and their leaders, providing practical guidance, tools, and best practices to facilitate effective project execution, communication, escalation, and governance. The position will ensure project information is complete, accurate, and up to date within the PMO platform, strengthening portfolio visibility, governance, and decision-making across IT.

Educational requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,



Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Experience:

- Experience in Project Management, Project Portfolio Management, PMO, IT Governance, Business Operations, or a related function.

Skills to succeed:

- Project or Portfolio Management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PBA, or equivalent (preferred).
- Certifications in Agile, ITIL, Change Management, or Process Improvement are considered a plus.
- Change management and adaptability.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
