ELVTR is seeking a Lead Retention Specialist to protect the customer experience and drive long‑term revenue in a fast‑paced environment. You will own retention processes, negotiate refunds alternatives, and partner with Billing to minimize delinquencies while protecting customer outcomes.
You will work with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Operations to analyze root causes, develop scalable retention strategies, and mentor the retention team.
