Account Payable Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Creating invoices and tracking them.
- Developing the payment schedule.
- Managing discrepancies in invoices or payments.
- Maintaining effective communication for issue resolution and smooth
- transactions.
- Prioritizing tasks and meeting established deadlines.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure an efficient accounts payable




- process.
**Qualifications**:
- English proficiency level: Intermediate (C1-C2).
- Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 1-3 years in similar roles.
**Soft Skills**:
- Time management.
- Problem Solving
- Teamwork.
**Technical Skills**:
- Advanced Excel, QuickBooks
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm onsite
- $19-$20
