As part of our global team, you will go beyond traditional audit by combining data, technology, and analytics to transform how we identify risks and deliver insights across the organization.We are looking for a Senior Audit Data & Analytics Analyst to join our Corporate Audit team in Mexico City.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems through data, working with emerging technologies, and partnering with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.You will work closely with global audit teams to design and implement analytics-driven solutions that enhance audit quality, improve efficiency, and provide deeper visibility into business processes and enterprise risks.Your ImpactIn this role, you will:- Partner with global Corporate Audit teams to identify opportunities where data, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies can enhance audit processes and deliverables.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities across security, system configurations, and business processes.
- Design and maintain reliable ETL/data pipelines, ensuring data is accurate, complete, timely, and consistent for audit and analytics purposes.
- Develop SQL and Python notebooks to perform advanced analytics and support audit testing, including the application of machine learning models where appropriate.
- Create and enhance Power BI dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for audit teams and business stakeholders.
- Automate repetitive processes and workflows using Power Automate, improving efficiency and enabling audit teams to focus on higher-value activities.
- Leverage Databricks and other advanced analytics capabilities to develop scalable data and automation solutions.
- Build Power Apps and other digital solutions that simplify interactions between Corporate Audit teams and existing data sources.
- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and drive adoption.
- Promote the use of analytics, automation, and emerging technologies across the global Corporate Audit organization.
- Support the development of innovative approaches that strengthen PepsiCo's risk management, governance, and audit capabilities.QualificationsWhat You'll BringEducation- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.Experience- 3+ years of experience developing analytical solutions using Python or another programming language.
- 3+ years of experience working with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Experience working with SQL and data preparation/ETL processes.
- Experience translating business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing projects or initiatives with limited oversight.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Databricks and notebooks.
- Experience with machine learning, advanced analytics, or AI applications.
- Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
- Certifications or formal training in programming, analytics, data science, or related technologies.
- Exposure to audit, risk management, controls, cybersecurity,
