We are currently looking for qualified candidates to join our team as a Quality Assurance (QA) Representative.
This is a 100% on-site position at our office located in Colonia Reforma, Rosarito. We are currently considering selected candidates who meet the qualifications listed below.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Requirements
- Completely fluent English
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Responsible, punctual, and professional
- Call center experience preferred
- Mexican documentation required
- Must be available to work on-site in Rosarito
