Your Job
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will design and implement processes to enhance productivity and efficiency in supplying material to the production line.
You will manage excess inventory in process and adopt strategies to minimize inventory loss impact, ensuring a steady and efficient flow of materials.
Our Team
You will be part of the GSP (Global Shared Plants) division in Guadalajara, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager and supervising a team of five people.
You will work closely with warehouse supervisors, planners, coordinators, and a Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to optimize inventory control and support quality, testing, and production areas.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement optimal material movement strategies to minimize in-process inventory risks.
- Create system infrastructure to measure productivity by person, shift, and movement.
- Coordinate with the inventory control team to maintain system accuracy and attend client or external audits for certifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary groups to implement Lean Manufacturing and manage NPIs (New Product Introductions).
- Design and integrate automated processes in supermarkets and production.
- Document processes in the plant's Quality Management System and identify improvement opportunities to develop action plans.
- Ensure that acquired items meet required quality standards.
- Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)




- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proven experience in Kaizen implementation and NPI management.
- Ability to use problem-solving tools and make informed decisions.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing automations.
- Experience in productivity meetings and supporting quality, testing, and production areas.

- Experience in planning and supervising personnel.
- Practical knowledge of SAP and Power BI (optional: handling of PDT).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail skills.
- Knowledge of applicable safety regulations.
- Experience training your team to foster professional development and operational efficiency.
