**Raw Material Planner Leader**
**About the Role**
This role is responsible for leading the row material planning team to ensuring balance RM planning and supply to production in timely manner.
Manage orders based on requirements and project horizon requirements to anticipate operational needs (FC).

**What You Will Do**
Role model for safety Responsible for fulfillment of legal obligations and of company policies in safety, environment, health and other risk related issues.
Supervise Balanced row material ordering following requirements, develop tools and reports.
Coordinate in case of (upcoming) supply issues, recommends solutions based on facts while presenting quantified alternatives.
Follow up on actions out of the S&OP; regional and executive reviews.
Leads or participates in new product introduction projects for Raw materials.
Participate or leads in initiatives or product optimizations Act as interface for raw material planning standard process and development process.




Manage Master Data, APO, BPCS, SAP, Hanna
Supervise RM Planners CT & OFM Areas
Coordinate pick up of RM or Shipments of RM
Evaluate Back Order due to RM
Define KPI for RM Planners / Dashboard
Attend on time daily meetings
**Who You Are**
Bachelor's Degree in Administration/Commercialization
3 Year experience in related position or similar preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish
Excel Advance, Full supply chain mind set and understanding.
Problem Resolution, Teamwork, empowered, self-motivated, analytic, able to balance work and personal life.
