Dream Home Roofers is looking for an energetic and results-driven Call Center Representative to join our team.




As a key member of our customer outreach initiative, you will play a critical role in reaching out to prospective clients through an automated dialing system.
Your goal will be to connect with homeowners, qualify their interest in a roof inspection, and hand off qualified leads to our "confirmer" team to finalize the appointment.
**Requirements**:
- ** Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)**:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Pass qualified leads to the "confirmer" team to finalize appointment times and dates.
- Accurately document calls in the CRM and consistently meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals.
