- The Talent Acquisition Interviewer is responsible for the effective selection and hiring of qualified personnel.
Performing behavioral and competency-based interviews and assessments for the various operative roles while building the value of our brand.

- Bachelor ́s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition activities.
- Upper intermediate English level.
- Customer service; negotiation; communication, organized.
**Activities**
- Conduct in-person and remote interviews while building the value of the brand utilizing various interview techniques (Competency & Behavioral based interviews)




- Preform English level assessments utilizing the Common European Framework for the Reference of Languages
- Compliance with the operative hiring requirements and overall objectives of the area
- Follow-up with the internal transfer of operative personnel
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions
- Send the consent forms to our internal and external clients and meet the deadlines required by the clients.
