ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES
- Assess the threat and identify the security risks for the project,
- Define and implement the relevant security measures for the project,
- Ensure compliance of any security measure implemented within the project with the Group Security policies,
- Define and implement the right security organization for the project,
- Control and update (depending on the risks) the project security organization, means and processes,
- Edit and update the Project Security Plan,
- Ensures that project staff is aware of its individual responsibilities as defined in plans and supporting procedures,
- Keep an updated POB (People On Board) for the project,
- Follow both the general security and social situation in the city / area of the project,
- Provide advice and recommendations to the project Director on security issues and ensure coordination with all security stakeholders
- (external and internal),
- Coordinate with other consortium stakeholders if any,




- Create and maintain the relevant local security network (security providers, security managers from other companies, local public
- authorities, local police
- Report all security incidents to the Project Director and the Country Security Manager.
Ensure that all appropriate measures are taken in
- liaison with the police / judicial services,
- Selection support, manage and control the project security providers services.
Supervise the day-to-day security operations,
- Implement rules and processes to ensure economic security and to protect sensitive information within the project,
- Draft and implement Project crisis management procedures, according to the Group Security Policy.
