**Position: HR Business Partner - Supply Chain**
- **We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources team, supporting our Supply Chain operations and plant workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner with plant leadership to support HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Oversee employee relations and provide guidance for operational staff, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
- Track and analyze HR and operational KPIs, recommending and driving improvement actions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
- Act as a strategic advisor to managers on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP or similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or plant-based environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
- Proven experience managing operational personnel and labor relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 100% on-site
