Finalidad del trabajo Ensure that productive materials arrive at the company according to the requirements for suppliers and logistics routes, applying supply chain management and control systems and programs, to meet the group's policies, strategies, and objectives, as well as satisfy the needs and guidelines of the clients.
Responsabilidades y deberes del trabajo • Consolidate information on orders to suppliers (releases)
• Electronically send weekly orders to suppliers
• Track and follow up on requested materials so they arrive on time and at the lowest cost
• Coordinate the customs clearance of requested materials with customs agents
• Record materials in transit in the system (invoice entry timing)
• Ensure system information is accurate for accounting closings
• Review purchase order closings as quickly as possible
• Consolidate delivery vs. requirement information for supplier performance evaluation (SPFS)




• Ensure pickup arrangements with suppliers are on the logistics website
• Reconcile location 251 (materials in transit) monthly to ensure correct inventory information
• Analyze supplier shipping routes
• Coordinate with the traffic department and suppliers to define routes (baseline)
• Manage the collection file
