Fleet Success Manager — Vehicle Solutions Mexico City (CDMX)

About the Role:
The Vehicle Solutions team plays a critical role in driving growth across Mexico and Spanish-speaking LATAM by expanding and strengthening vehicle supply. As the Fleet Success Manager , you will own the bridge between fleet acquisition and long-term fleet productivity. You will design and execute the playbook that takes newly signed fleets from zero to full operational maturity.

What You Will Do:
Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for newly activated fleet partners (0→1 maturity).
Build, document, and continuously iterate the Fleet Onboarding Playbook using data-driven insights.
Run structured experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to accelerate time-to-productivity.
Identify systemic blockers (product gaps,



process failures) and escalate data-backed solutions to leadership.

What We Are Looking For:
~4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Growth Operations, or Commercial Operations (ideally Tech, Mobility, Logistics, or Marketplaces).
~ Proven track record of building or scaling a process/playbook from scratch.
~ Strong hard skills in cohort analysis, activation funnels, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or SQL).
~ Leadership experience managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.
~ Advanced/Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
