**Key Responsibilities**
- Independently design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis, modeling, and preparation to support visualizations.
- Optimize existing Tableau dashboards for performance scalability, and user experience.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting layers.
- Work closely with data engineers and backend developers to integrate data sources.
- Provide guidance and best practices in Tableau development and visualization standards.
- Support business teams by delivering ad hoc reports and data insights as needed.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in data visualization and business intelligence, with at least 3 years focused on Tableau, including experience working independently on complex projects.

- Strong experience in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schemas, joins, etc.).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable visualizations and drive the dashboard development process from requirements to deployment.
- Experience working with large datasets and optimizing performance in Tableau.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with international teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and the ability to manage their own tasks and timelines effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Familiarity with Tableau Server/Online administration including publishing, permissions, and scheduling in a potentially remote setup.
- Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
- Background in data analytics, business analysis, or data engineering, ideally with some exposure to payments data or financial systems.
