We are seeking a highly experienced Growth and Marketing Operations Manager to design, manage, and optimize the companys entire lead generation and marketing operations ecosystem.

This role requires a strategic operator with hands on execution experience in digital advertising, CRM systems, funnel optimization, automation, analytics, and growth infrastructure. The successful candidate will identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and build scalable systems that drive measurable business outcomes.

CRM management and pipeline optimization
Marketing automation and workflow creation
Conversion rate optimization CRO
Analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
Dashboard creation and KPI tracking
