We're Hiring: Case Manager - California Personal Injury
Are you an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager with a background in California Personal Injury law ? We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to manage cases from intake through treatment coordination while ensuring clients receive exceptional support throughout the legal process.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client intake interviews and gather all required documentation
Prepare and send retainer agreements
Open insurance claims and submit Letters of Representation (LOR)
Coordinate and manage client treatment , including scheduling appointments, monitoring treatment progress, and following up with clients and medical providers
Obtain medical records, medical bills, lien information, and police reports
Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers,
and clients regarding case updates
Schedule appointments and maintain regular follow-ups and confirmations with clients
Maintain accurate case notes, documentation, and task management within Filevine
Ensure case files remain organized and progress efficiently through each stage of litigation or settlement
Assist attorneys with case management and other related legal support tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience handling California Personal Injury cases is required
Proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager
Experience using Filevine is strongly preferred
Experience with RingCentral, Microsoft 365, OneDrive/SharePoint, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, or similar systems is preferred
Strong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle, particularly treatment coordination
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active cases
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
