Tasks and Qualifications Dematic/KION is looking for a Senior SAP Cloud Integration Developer to join the Global Integration Service Team. In this role, you will design, develop, operate, and continuously improve enterprise integrations between SAP and non–SAP systems. Your primary focus will be on developing cloud–based integrations using SAP Cloud Integration. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, application teams, external partners, and other integration experts in an international environment. You will contribute your technical expertise throughout the complete integration lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support. Key Responsibilities Analyze integration requirements together with business and technical stakeholders. Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable integration designs. Design and develop integrations using SAP Cloud Integration. Develop interfaces between SAP S/4 HANA, cloud applications, non–SAP systems, and external business partners. Implement and maintain integrations using technologies such as REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, and comparable integration technologies. Apply established integration architecture, security, API, and development standards. Contribute to integration technology and platform decisions. Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions. Perform unit, integration, regression, and performance testing. Support deployments, releases, transports, cutovers, and go–live activities. Monitor productive integrations and analyze technical errors. Troubleshoot integration issues and implement sustainable solutions. Support knowledge transfer within the general Integration Service team.



Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, development teams, and external partners. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development, monitoring, and operational processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience. Five or more years of professional experience in SAP integration. Strong hands–on experience in designing and developing integrations with SAP Cloud Integration. Experience integrating SAP and non–SAP applications. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA integration. Practical experience with integration technologies and protocols such as REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, or comparable technologies. Experience with integration monitoring, troubleshooting, and root–cause analysis. Understanding of common integration patterns and secure interface development. Ability to translate business and technical requirements into integration designs. Ability to estimate development effort and identify technical risks. Experience working with global and cross–functional stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem–solving skills. Independent, structured, and quality–oriented way of working. Strong professional English communication skills. Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%. Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following areas would be beneficial but is not mandatory: SAP Process Integration, SAP Process Orchestration, or comparable middleware. Migration of interfaces from SAP PI/PO to SAP Cloud Integration. SAP API Management. SAP Trading Partner Management. SAP Event Mesh or SAP Advanced Event Mesh.



Important Candidates are not expected to have advanced expertise in all listed SAP integration capabilities. Strong hands–on expertise in SAP Cloud Integration is the primary focus. Candidates with a strong SAP PI/PO background and demonstrated experience moving toward cloud–based integration are also encouraged to apply.
