PURPOSE
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute customer account setups by configuring pricing, enabling Express Manager and Freight Manager, granting TMS and myUnishippers portal access, and curating address books, commodity lists, references, and other preferences as requested
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for sales representatives, including creating and deactivating system logins
- Coordinate the setup and maintenance of UPS services for new accounts, including setting up daily pick-ups (DPU), account name and address updates, etc.
- Maintain data accuracy across systems and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively
This role is essential in ensuring franchisees and customers receive the support they need to start and maintain successful operations.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Willingness and ability to learn and provide specialized support for Unishippers product & service offerings (including the offerings of their carrier partners)
- Ability to read and interpret technical training documents, procedures and work instructions,



website and other instructional or technical content
- Strong research and computer skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Capability to follow and improve structured processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with franchisees, internal teams, and external partners
- Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks or projects with competing deadlines
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and support to franchisees and customers
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality for all assigned shifts is required
