Through our company, **4 Plus 1 Creative**, we are currently seeking a **Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
**
For several years, we have supported mining projects in the **United States and Mexican Republic** by ensuring the continuous **supply of essential mining exploration products**(helmets, hydraulic connections, additives, personal supplies, etc.) to our workforce.
**Responsibilities**
The Logistics Specialist is crucial to maintaining the seamless operation of our mining exploration activities.
The key responsibilities include:
- Preparing quotations and purchase orders.
- Managing product listings, including additions, deletions, and updates in the system.
- Communication with national and international suppliers to restock products.
- Identifying optimal suppliers based on cost and delivery time.
- Tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.




- Monitoring product consumption by the workforce.
- Anticipating and identifying the need for product restocking.
- Strapping, arranging, separating boxes or pallets by corresponding parcel service.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English (spoken, written, and listening).
- 2 years of experience in logistics roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Effective communication.
- Time management skills.
- Proactive attitude.
