Responsibilities:
- Import/export operations under DDP terms in maritime and air modalities (with a focus on ocean freight).
- Daily follow-up on shipments, from supplier release, through transportation, customs broker, to final delivery.
- Knowledge of the documents required for import activities ensuring that the documentation is in order and complies with regulations.
- Review of pediment, pediment approval,



general knowledge of NOMs, and special permits as "Aviso Automatico" for steel.
- Creation of non-conformities.
- Preparation of quotes and support for internal clients on transportation matters and specific inquiries.
- Ensure timely deliveries with optimal use of resources.
- Final delivery to the customer (LTL, FTL).
What you bring:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in import/export compliance activities- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle / Dynamics) is desirable- Familiarity with Annex 22- Positive attitude, assertiveness, and strong execution skills- Ability to interact and collaborate within and outside the department What we offer- An equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
