**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Translate technical information into easy-to-understand language that is technically accurate and understandable by non-experts
- Use various authoring tools (e.g. Storyline) to rapidly build enjoyable, positive, interactive and engaging digital learning experiences
- Adhere to and contribute to the improvement of in-house instructional design and digital content creation standards,



processes and templates
- Manage storyboards, scripts and graphics associated with digital learning coontent to identify learning opportunities and suggest recommendations to produce impactfull learning solutions.
- Contribute instructional design expertise to the overall design of learning programmes, collaborating effectively with stakeholders within the learning team and within the business
- Design and develop live virtual learning and classroom materials (slide decks, learner resources and facilitator guides) based on content provided by the wider Learning team.
- Project management the development of learning material to ahive main deliverables
- Present insights of learning materials to evaluate the effectiveness and the experience of the learner with the solution
