To continue driving transformation, we are looking to add an **Automation Engineer** to our team, based at our **Guadalajara plant (15 minutes from the airport).
**
**Role Purpose**:
Develop, program, and optimize **automated equipment** in our manufacturing plant.
This role will be responsible for **designing and improving automation systems, implementing artificial intelligence in production processes, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in **Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.
**:
- Proven experience in **programming and operating automated manufacturing equipment.
**:
- Strong knowledge of **automation programming languages** (e.g., **PLC, Python, C++, Ladder, etc.**).
- Experience in **artificial intelligence applied to manufacturing.
**:
- Ability to **design, assemble, and troubleshoot** mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in **technical and conversational English.

- **Program and operate** automated manufacturing equipment.

- **Diagnose and resolve** failures in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
