ejecutar y Asegurar la estrategia de Route To Market a nível nacional, así como garantizar su mantenimiento y actualización.
- Diseño de iniciativas y proyectos que ayuden a mejorar los indicadores de eficiencia, productividad y rentabilidad del área RTM.
- Define lineamientos, prácticas y estándares para los diferentes esquemas de atención.
- Monitorear y dar seguimiento al apego de los estándares RTM
- Analizar el desempeño de los indicadores fundamental del área de RTM, identificando oportunidades y detonando planes de acción para su mejora.
- Gestión, diseño y simulación de estructura RTM de acuerdo a iniciativas definidas.
**Requisitos**:
- Ingeniería Industrial, Administrador, Lic en Comercio o afín.
- Deseable conocimiento de estructura y operación equipo comercial.
- Experiência de 1-2 años en Distribución, Ventas, etc.
- Inglés: intermedio
- Facilidad de comunicación, manejo de stakeholders, proactividad, liderazgo.
