GENERAL SUMMARY

The position of Architectural Designer works to support a team of architects and designers working with well-known international retail brands. Previous experience in the design of projects for the retail industry is a plus but not required.

This position is based in our CDMX office; the position does not offer any remote work options.

- Support staff with presentations, schematic design, design development, and construction documents
- Correct and update drawings and provide assistance to project teams and other staff members as required
- Perform elementary architectural assignments
- Prepare architectural plans/renderings
- Inspect architectural features of structures in the field
- Maintain the project manual and specifications
- Review drawings for code compliance

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong and versatile building design and presentation skill




- sHigh proficiency in current AutoCAD and Revit is required for this positio
- nHigh proficiency in current versions of Sketchup, 3D Studio or Archicad, Photoshop, PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Exce
- lAbility to work both independently and in a collaborative team environmen
- t100% bilingual English/Spanish; Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- sPerform self-quality control of completed construction documents prior to submitting them to Project Leader
