We are seeking a Process and Automation Consultant – RPA Specialist to join a three‑month advisory engagement that supports the migration of the core pricing system. The consultant will own the end‑to‑end documentation of current pricing and agreement processes, uncover manual pain points , and design automation‑ready future‑state workflows. The role reports to the engagement lead and works closely with operational teams , the client’s internal stakeholders, and external implementation vendors.

? Key Responsibilities

Document current‑state end‑to‑end pricing and agreement processes, including handoffs, exception paths, and workarounds. Quantify manual effort, cycle times, rework, and error rates using available data sources. Conduct structured process‑discovery workshops with operational teams to surface bottlenecks and improvement ideas.

Identify and evaluate automation opportunities (RPA, workflow orchestration, rules‑based validation) and assess their long‑term viability. Design future‑state workflow alternatives that support agreement intake, validation, approval, and publication. Prioritize automation and redesign initiatives with effort, impact, and risk estimates.

Distinguish automation that resolves root causes from automation that merely masks underlying process defects. Produce validated documentation and present findings to senior stakeholders for decision‑making.

✅ Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or intelligent‑automation consulting.

Advanced

English proficiency (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to create process maps using BPMN, value‑stream mapping, SIPOC, or comparable techniques. Hands‑on experience delivering RPA solutions with platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar. Demonstrated capability to lead and facilitate structured workshops with cross‑functional operational teams. Strong analytical skills to quantify manual effort, cycle times, and error rates.

? Preferred Skills

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Direct experience in pricing, rebates, or order‑to‑cash operations. Exposure to process‑mining tools such as Celonis or comparable solutions. Familiarity with workflow‑orchestration platforms (e.g., Camunda, Microsoft Power Automate).
