Role Summary The SAP OTC Consultant (Experienced Associate) supports end‑to‑end

Order to Cash (OTC)

processes within

SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. This role focuses on configuration, implementation, and support of OTC solutions, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and high‑quality SAP solutions for integral clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and configure end‑to‑end

OTC processes

, including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Invoicing, Credit Management, and Revenue Recognition.

- Participate in

SAP implementations, rollouts, and enhancements

, from requirements gathering through testing and hypercare.

- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP) to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure correct solution delivery.

- Execute functional testing (SIT/UAT)

, defect resolution, and process documentation.

- Provide production and post‑go‑live support

, including issue analysis and root cause resolution.





- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process needs and recommend best‑practice SAP solutions.

- Ensure compliance with PwC delivery standards, documentation, and quality guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience as an

SAP OTC / SD functional consultant

.

- Hands‑on experience with

SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA

OTC processes.

- Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash business flows and integration points with FI, MM, and other SAP modules.

- Experience supporting testing cycles, documentation, and client-facing activities

.

- Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to

S/4HANA transformations or upgrades

.

- Experience working with global or US‑based clients.

- Knowledge of SAP best practices and standard solution design.

- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
