Kronia® is looking for a Scrum Master – Kanban / Product Delivery to support the day-to-day delivery of cross-functional technology initiatives within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.

The role will focus on enabling effective delivery across Financial Reporting and transversal AI initiatives, while facilitating collaboration with adjacent SAP-based products, including Human Resources and Procure-to-Pay, where shared data, integrations, and cross-team dependencies require strong coordination.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience facilitating Kanban-based delivery environments, with an emphasis on flow management, continuous improvement, and practical team. This role will also support the transition from project-based delivery into a product operating model, helping teams establish sustainable ways of working and manage a continuous improvement backlog.

You’ll be doing:

- Facilitate day-to-day delivery using Kanban and continuous-flow practices, with a focus on maintaining delivery momentum and team effectiveness.
- Lead stand-ups, planning discussions, workshops, retrospectives, and other team sessions, guiding participants toward clear decisions, ownership, and next steps.
- Manage and improve workflow, WIP limits, backlog health, prioritization, and overall flow discipline.
- Proactively identify, own, escalate, and follow up on impediments until blockers are effectively resolved.
- Coordinate dependencies and delivery activities across multiple teams and enterprise products.
- Facilitate collaboration between Financial Reporting, AI initiatives, Human Resources, and Procure-to-Pay teams, particularly around shared data, integrations, and cross-product dependencies.
- Work closely with business SMEs, functional consultants, technical resources, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to maintainalignment and delivery transparency.
- Support teams transitioning from project-based delivery to a product-oriented operating model and continuous improvement approach.
- Maintain strong Jira backlog and board discipline, including backlog hygiene, workflows, statuses, and accurate tracking of work.
- Support UAT and testing cycles within a continuous-flow delivery environment, coordinating activities, dependencies, issues, and follow-ups.
- Monitor delivery progress and flow metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Encourage practical Agile and Lean behaviors that improve collaboration, accountability, predictability, and continuous improvement.




- Support post-go-live stabilization and the evolution of continuous improvement backlogs for enterprise platforms.

The skills you bring:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Practitioner, or similar role supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience facilitating Kanban-based delivery, including flow management, WIP limits, stand-ups, backlog management, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated facilitation skills with the ability to lead discussions and workshops and guide diverse groups toward decisions and actionable outcomes.
- Experience supporting technical and functional teams, not exclusively software development teams.
- Strong experience coordinating work, dependencies, and priorities across multiple teams, products, or workstreams.
- Ability to actively manage impediments, including escalation, stakeholder coordination, and follow-through until resolution.
- Experience working directly with both business SMEs and technical/functional resources.
- Hands-on experience with Jira administration, including backlog hygiene, board configuration and discipline, statuses, and workflows.
- Experience coordinating UAT and testing activities within Agile or continuous-flow environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in environments undergoing organizational and delivery-model change.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-team dependencies.
- Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

- Experience supporting SAP, S/4HANA, ERP, or enterprise application environments.
- Experience working with Finance, Human Resources, or Procure-to-Pay enterprise products.
- Experience supporting teams transitioning from project-mode to product-mode delivery.
- Exposure to AI or enterprise AI initiatives.
- Knowledge of Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Scrum Master, Kanban, Agile, or related certifications.
