Senior Analyst – Market Research & Business Intelligence (Hybrid / CDMX)
Location: Mexico City Metropolitan Area (Hybrid / Remote-first)
Base Compensation: $40,000 gross monthly base (Fixed salary, non-commissioned)
Schedule: Shifted schedule aligned to Americas business hours (approx. 8 AM – 5 PM CDMX time)
About the Opportunity
Our client is a global leader in business intelligence, practice-area research, and industry rankings trusted by international organizations and professional service firms worldwide. Backed by private equity and undergoing rapid expansion, they are establishing their first-ever regional research hub in Latin America.
As a Senior Analyst, you will be a founding member of the Mexico City team. Operating with genuine autonomy, you will serve as the "steward" of your assigned markets, leading qualitative research, analyzing data, and interviewing key decision-makers to produce market-defining reports and accreditations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive market research and competitive analysis across your assigned jurisdictions and practice areas, using submissions, interviews, survey data, and independent sources.
- Interview practice heads and senior practitioners, building lasting relationships with market participants.
- Prepare evidence-based ranking proposals and awards recommendations for review and sign-off.
- Own the day-to-day quality of a small team's workflows, trackers, and deadlines, with informal mentoring of junior colleagues.
- Produce clear research summaries, briefings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the wider strategy as the business expands its research coverage into new markets.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3 to 4+ years in market research, competitive intelligence, business journalism, public relations, KPO/LPO, or a similar analytical role.
(A legal background is NOT required — we prioritize intellectual curiosity and analytical drive).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience directly interviewing, communicating with, and gathering insights from senior stakeholders.
- Languages:
- English: Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory (C1/C2).
- Spanish: Native or fluent Spanish.
- Portuguese: A strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking and workflow management. (Power BI, Tableau, or market databases are a plus, not a requirement on day one).
- Location: Must be based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area.
Compensation & Benefits Package
- Fixed Salary: Paid in MXN (100% fixed salary, non-commissioned).

Interview Process (Transparent & Streamlined)
We maintain an efficient, 4-step selection process:
- Stage 0 | Recruiter Screening (30–45 mins): Initial qualifying screen covering experience, English proficiency, and role alignment.
- Stage 1 | First Client Interview (30 mins): Interview with the Integral Head of Research focusing on motivation, data handling experience, and stakeholder engagement.
- Stage 2 | Practical Assessment (Self-Paced, 2–3 days turnaround): A 90-minute exercise consisting of a technical evaluation and a writing task.
- Stage 3 | Assessment Debrief & Culture Fit (45–60 mins): Panel interview to walk through your assessment reasoning, followed by values-fit questions.
- Stage 4 | Decision: Same-day panel decision following Stage 3.
