SiteMinder is seeking an HR and Operations Director – AMERs to lead the people and workplace agenda across the Americas. The role partners with regional and general leadership to build a high-performing, inclusive culture and run smooth day-to-day operations that enable teams to excel.
Based in Mexico City, you will drive regional HR strategy, partner with Finance on budgets, and oversee operations in Dallas and other hubs as needed. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
