WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Operational Risk Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the company's operational risks are appropriately identified, monitored and controlled.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree.
- **ADVANCED ENGLISH (essential requirement)**:
- 3 years of experience managing operational risk, internal compliance or similar functions.
Good understanding in managing operational risks.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Ensure that the company ́s operational risk are identified, monitored, and controlled properly.
- Participate in the adaptation of policies, procedures, and processes related to Operational Risk.
- Perfom quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate the impact and probability of operational risks.
- Collaborate with the relevant areas in the execution of scheduled tests, ensuring their effectiveness and timely completion.
- Participate in Risk Committees,



which involves gathering information.
Additionally, document the meeting minutes in English
- Analyze operational risk incidentes with relevant HR team members, report them, and keep the Company ́s tools updated
- Provide required information to the HR team regarding identified and reported operational losses.
- Prepare different deliverables related to operational losses, such as: Risk Control Assessment, Business Continuity Plan.
