**JOB SUMMARY / GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:
Carries out procedures to ensure information systems products and services meet company standards and customer requirements.
Reviews project activity to determine established processes are followed to minimize risks.
Has the skills to utilize documented instructions related to control standards, methodology guidelines and testing techniques.
Can organize, perform, and manage testing assignments.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and Implement Test Strategies:
- Design and develop comprehensive test automation strategies for complex projects.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, JavaScript, and Java.
- **Leadership and Collaboration**:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support.




- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- **Test Execution and Reporting**:
- Coordinate execution of automated test suites and analyze results to identify issues.
- Report and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Continuously research and recommend new tools and frameworks to enhance the automation process.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain the quality and integrity of the test codebase.
Qualifications:
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Selenium, JavaScript, and Java.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems like Git.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in automation testing and leading QA teams.
- Desirable: Hands-on experience with API testing and frameworks.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
