**The Role**
**What**will I be doing?
**
- Oversee and manage funding performance to support daily business operations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial covenants and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage reports for banks and stakeholders, providing clear insights into funding status.
- Track key financial metrics and assess the impact of funding strategies on business performance.
- Collaborate with finance and treasury teams to align funding strategies with overall business needs.
- Prepare financial forecasts and reports, aligning funding strategies with long-term business planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the continuous improvement of operations by ensuring streamlined and effective processes.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, funding operations, or similar roles within the lending or financial services industry.




- Strong background in financial modeling, analysis, and evaluating funding strategies.
- Hands-on experience ensuring compliance with financial covenants and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, such as Fintech, is a strong advantage.
**Technical Knowledge**
- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Proficiency in evaluating credit options, forecasting cash flows, and assessing the financial impact of different strategies.
- Credit Instruments: Understanding of credit facilities, debt, securitization, and other credit mechanisms.
- Compliance and Regulations: Familiarity with financial covenants, legal documentation, and regulatory requirements for credit and funding facilities.
- Financial Systems and Tools: Competence in using tools like Excel, financial modeling software, and ERP or treasury management systems.
- Risk Management: Understanding of credit risk, market risk, and strategies to mitigate them in credit and funding agreements.
