**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and provide accurate electrical harness quotes based on customer requirements.
- Interpret 2D technical drawings, and understand bills of materials (BOM) to ensure accurate quoting and sourcing of components.
- Collaborate with customers to gather all necessary details to produce effective and competitive quotes.
- Utilize knowledge of electrical components, connectors, terminals, wires, cables, and gauges to source the correct materials and ensure accuracy in quoting.
- Ensure that quotes meet customer specifications while being cost-effective for the company.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of UL standards and industry best practices.
- Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Manage and monitor the progress of quoted projects to ensure deadlines and specifications are met.
**Qualifications**:




- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in electrical harness quoting and interpretation of 2D technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of electrical components, connectors, terminals, wires, cables, and gauges.
- Familiarity with UL standards and regulations for electrical components.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quoting software tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents and customer specifications.
- Knowledge of electrical industry trends and best practices.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or working closely with clients to develop tailored quotes.
- Familiarity with CAD software or electrical design tools.
- Experience working with international suppliers and customers.
