- **Field and department: R**esearching, planning, and designing mechanical and electromechanical products and systems for robotic vehicles.
Join our dynamic team as a Tech Lead Mechanical Engineer **,**where you will be involved in:
- Designing products or systems for robotic control using electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic principles and components.
- Participating in fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.
- Coordinating operation, maintenance, and repair activities that optimize utilization of machines and equipment.
- Designing products and systems to interface machines, hardware, and software.
- Evaluating field installations and recommending design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.Contribute to design review.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 5+ years Mechanical Engineering related experience.
- 0-2 years of machine & product design experience using Solid Works, Pro-E, or Catia.
- Must have design experience in CAD/Solidworks software.
- Have experience using math software like Matlab or Mathcad.
- Must have good technical writing skills.
- Basic understand or some experience with GD&T.;
- Familiar with stress analysis and thermal analysis




- Basic understanding of electrical circuit design
- Familiar with strength of materials
- Understanding of fatigue
- Familiar with Kinematics
- Experience with finite element analysis.Some exposure to electrical engineering preferred.
