Seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer. The adecuado candidate will have expertise in automation, data validation, enterprise testing, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions using: Tosca (Required)
Java, Selenium, or TestNG (Required)

Perform end-to-end testing for healthcare applications
Analyze requirements and ensure test coverage and traceability.
Execute SQL-based backend validation and data verification.
Validate large-scale datasets using AWS Athena or similar Lakehouse technologies.
Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing efforts.
Support CI/CD/CT implementation and continuous testing practices.
Manage test cases, execution, and reporting through tools such as qTest .
Oversee defect management, including logging, triage, tracking, and validation.
Contribute to test strategy, risk assessment, and QA best practices.

Required Qualifications Technical Skills 7+ years of QA Automation and Testing experience.
Strong programming experience in Java .
Hands-on expertise with: Tosca (Required)
Java, Selenium, or TestNG (Required)

Strong SQL and database validation skills.
Experience with AWS Athena and large-scale data validation.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
Testing Expertise Manual and automated testing methodologies
Enterprise testing frameworks
API and UI testing
Test data management

Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to convert business requirements into effective test scenarios.
Comfortable working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
