Bilingual Full-Cycle Sales Representative Position Type: Full-Time | Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours

About the Role At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Bilingual Full-Cycle Sales Representative to join their growing sales team.
This role is ideal for a proven salesperson who knows how to manage a pipeline, conduct consultative sales conversations, handle objections, follow up consistently, and close deals.
You do not need experience in international moving. The client will provide training on the industry, services, and processes. What matters most is that you already know how to sell.
The idóneo candidate is confident taking ownership of opportunities from the initial conversation through quoting, negotiation, follow-up, and close.

Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management Respond to and engage with new leads through the company's lead management system.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, timelines, destinations, and requirements.
Manage opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and open opportunities.
Prioritize leads based on buying intent, customer needs, and revenue potential.
Consultative Selling & Closing Ask effective discovery questions to identify customer needs and buying motivations.
Present solutions based on each customer's specific requirements.
Prepare and explain quotes clearly and professionally.
Handle objections and communicate the value of the company's services.
Negotiate appropriately and guide qualified prospects toward a decision.
Identify buying signals and use effective closing techniques.
Convert qualified opportunities into booked business.
Pipeline & CRM Management Take complete ownership of the sales pipeline from lead engagement through close.
Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, follow-ups, and opportunity stages.
Ensure qualified opportunities are consistently followed up with.




Keep customer information and sales activity up to date.
Manage multiple opportunities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Client & Internal Coordination Build strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
Communicate pricing, services, expectations, and timelines clearly.
Coordinate with internal pricing and operations teams when needed.
Ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements and service capabilities.
Maintain proactive communication with both customers and internal teams.

You are confident conducting discovery calls and asking the right questions.
You are comfortable handling objections, negotiating, and asking for the sale.

You take ownership of your pipeline and are accountable for your results.
You are motivated by performance and commission-based earning potential.
You are comfortable working with warm/inbound leads and, ideally, outbound opportunities.
You can quickly learn a new industry and become knowledgeable about the product or service.
You are organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
You communicate confidently in both English and Spanish.

Required Experience & Skills 2+ years of proven sales experience preferred ,



with strong candidates demonstrating exceptional sales performance considered.
Demonstrated experience managing opportunities through the sales process.
Proven ability to handle objections, follow up consistently, and close deals.
Strong consultative and needs-based selling skills.
Experience using a CRM or sales pipeline management system.
Strong computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Fluent or professional Spanish .
Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
Ability to work independently with minimal sales coaching or supervision.

Typical Day Review and prioritize new and existing leads.
Conduct discovery calls with prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals.
Handle objections and negotiate with qualified prospects.
Follow up with open opportunities and move them toward a decision.
Coordinate with pricing and operations teams when necessary.
Update CRM records and pipeline stages.
Close qualified opportunities and contribute to weekly booking targets.
Continuously manage and improve your sales pipeline.

Compensation & Earning Potential Base Salary: Starting around $1,000 USD/month .
Commission: Performance-based commission tied to the profitability of booked business.
Commission earnings increase based on sales performance and booking volume.
Typical production expectations are approximately $5,000–$8,000 in weekly bookings .
Strong performers have meaningful opportunity to increase their monthly earnings through commission.
This role is designed for sales professionals who are motivated by performance and want their earning potential to grow alongside their results.
