The Role
Native is hiring a Director, Marketplace Ops to lead the supply side of our integral on-demand marketplace.

You will own the marketplace mechanics that determine whether we have enough supply, in the right locations, accepting the right work, completing it on time, and producing customer-ready data at the right unit economics.
Our marketplace operates similarly to rideshare or food delivery, with contributors using the Native app to complete data collection work across Latin America, Africa,



and other emerging markets.

This is not a traditional field operations role. We are looking for someone who has operated a scaled online/offline marketplace and understands supply acquisition and engagement, marketplace liquidity, dispatch and routing, incentives, pricing, A/B testing, and optimization at scale.

The role is both operational and product-facing. You will operate the marketplace today while helping define the systems Native needs tomorrow, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to improve dispatch, routing, contributor workflows, payments, claims, exceptions, and marketplace visibility.

Core Responsibilities
- Build and operate the end-to-end dispatch model, from demand forecasting and supply checks through assignment, acceptance, completion, validation, and payment.
