We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Billing Trainer to join our team
If you have a strong background in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and experience training, coaching, or mentoring teams, this opportunity could be for you.
What You'll Do
Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and refresher training for team members.
Train associates on Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable, claims, denials, follow-up processes, and RCM best practices.
Conduct weekly assessments and monitor associates' learning progress.
Identify knowledge gaps and develop training plans based on root-cause analysis.
Support associates in understanding billing systems, billing codes, claim submission, payer communication, and denial management.
Identify performance and learning trends and recommend improvement strategies.




Ensure training content remains aligned with US Healthcare regulations and industry practices.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / US Healthcare.
Previous experience as a Trainer, Process Coach, Team Lead, or similar role is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable, claims and denials.
Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
