What You Will Do:
- Oversee and manage submission and tracking of integral Tier 1 customer Process Change Notifications and supplier change requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, delivering tailored change management solutions.
- Participate in product planning and Tier 1 team meetings to support sales activities and pilot build material needs.
- Optimize business processes for Molex business units and customer users.
- Collaborate with legal departments to address terms and conditions affecting product changes.




- Maintain and update the database tracking for sampling, stage, and status of Product Change Notices.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations.
- Coordinate with customer service for efficient part number management and seamless operations.
- Drive customer satisfaction through strong collaboration and communication skills.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in customer facing roles.
- Strong communication skills with excellent english verbal and written abilities.
- Capability to multitask with precision in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent problem solver with sound business judgment.
- Computer competencies including MS Excel, PowerPoint, internal databases, and web portals.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- University degree or equivalent in work experience.
- Experience in customer support.
- Experience with an automotive supplier.
