**Your Tasks**:
**Role Purpose**:
Supports the execution of assigned channels activities based on the category strategy, understanding the behavior and needs of the channel/shopper, while preserving brand value.
The main objective is to increase sales and market share, ensuring that activities are implemented on time and in accordance with the strategy.
**Main Accountabilities**:
- Ensure that relevant data is provided for the commercial planning and development process in an accurate and timely
- manner.
- Produce standard reports as defined by Lead Market S&CM; team
- Manage central database for the market ensuring it is accurate and updated
- Produce ad-Hoc analysis, as required by S&CM; team
- Support local operations in all relevant analytical and administration needs
- Ensure project budget management as required
- Track execution compliance in order to get insights to improve POS strategy and POS material
**Your Profile**:




**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales or Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing
- Basic knowledge of channel (Pharmacy) preferred
- Basic Analytical/ Financial Analysis skills required
- Pragmatic, Dynamic individual with a "hands on" style
- Stakeholder management in a matrix organization
- Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict within a network of stakeholders and internal/external customers
- Able to adapt, navigate and have a protagonist role in a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player
- Personable, Energetic, Responsive, Confident and Honest
- Passion for simplification and synergy
- Fluent English
