**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive **test plans**, **test cases**, and **test scripts** for SAP S4 Hana rollout project, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- ** Coordinate** with project managers off shore, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- ** Design and implement testing strategies** that align with project goals and business needs.
- ** Identify and document defects**, track issues through resolution, and communicate testing results and status updates effectively.
- ** Collaborate** with functional leads and technical teams to troubleshoot issues,



analyze root causes, and propose solutions for SAP system defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct **risk assessments** and mitigate testing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with **testing best practices, methodologies**, and industry standards.
**Qualifications**
Total years of experience: 5+ years in similar roles.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for SAP
Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
